This retreat is designed for individuals searching for a means to deeply connect with themselves through creative therapeutic work.
Through embodied movement, meditation, creative journaling, expressive arts, and therapeutic workshops, we will co-create a safe space.
Retreat packages include multiple room accommodation options, including private and shared rooms.
**No prior art or yoga experience is necessary to participate in this retreat.
Our time together is dedicated to an intuitive process that will guide you on a journey into the parts of yourself that need tending to. Whatever your personal reason, our time together will help you create meaning from your experiences.

Payment Policy:
A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours of submission, please be prepared to pay the deposit upon acceptance.
Sedona Sacred Rocks is approximately a 2-hour drive from Phoenix. We will create a group chat so you can connect for ride sharing.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is included in the retreat price. After September 1, 2024, only a partial refund of 50% minus the $500 non-refundable deposit is available. There are NO refunds, cancellations, or transfers after September 10th, 2024.
