The Process
Each session begins with a gentle grounding practice - either a short guided meditation or mindful movement - to help clear the mind, relax the body, and bring us into the present moment. From this grounded space, we’re ready to explore.
Everyone has their own creative station set up with all the supplies you need.
This is also when I turn on some music, which is a big part of the experience. You’ll hear everything from old-school hip hop to classical, because different sounds spark different creative energies.
With a few prompts and a gentle introduction, you'll begin your own creative journey on canvas or paper. This is where the magic begins. This is where you learn to trust your instincts and let your creativity lead the way.
