Workshop Policy

  • One Project = One Person: Each workshop spot includes materials and instruction for one person only. Sharing projects is not allowed.

  • No Additional Guests: Only registered participants are allowed in the workshop area. Unregistered guests may not "sit in" or observe.

  • No Refunds: All workshop sales are final due to the customized nature of our projects.

Missed Workshops & Rescheduling

If you can’t attend your scheduled workshop:

  • With 72+ Hours’ Notice:
    You may be added to a waitlist for a future workshop date. You will be moved from the waitlist only if the new session does not sell out. This is also dependent upon the workshop as specific materials might be required for different workshops.

  • With Less Than 72 Hours’ Notice:
    A $20/person rescheduling fee applies to be added to the waitlist. Rescheduling is not guaranteed due to limited availability.

  • If Rescheduling Isn’t Possible:
    You may pick up your project supplies and instructions at the studio to complete the project on your own.

private parties

In order to reserve the studio for a Private Party, the hostess/host will be required to pay a $150 REFUNDABLE reservation fee.   If you cancel the party for any reason, the fee will be forfeited. This fee helps allocate supplies, operations to manage and coordinate your party, and staff support.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
