If you wish to cancel your spot at any time, please go to your confirmation email, hit the “cancel appointment” button, and follow the instructions. What happens next depends on how far out from the class you are cancelling.

    1-2 Weeks in Advance
If you cancel your spot 1-2 weeks before the class, you will be offered class credit to a pre-existing future class. Please email us with the class you want to attend instead (Additional costs will incur if switching to a higher-priced class. Lower-cost classes will not be reimbursed).

Ecstatic Dance | The Wellness Method

Get out of your head and into your body.

Ecstatic Dance is a no-rules movement space where you are invited to show up exactly as you are. There is no choreography, no “right” or “wrong” way to move, and nothing to perform. A DJ or curated playlist guides the journey, and you move however your body wants to move—freely, intuitively, and at your own pace.

Think of it as dancing alone in your living room except you’re surrounded by others doing the same thing.

This is a talk-free, phone-free space. No one is watching or judging you. The focus is on tuning inward, releasing what’s been held, and allowing your body to lead.

The Details

  • One and a half hours of time to explore your own movement and flow

  • Safe space to move your body freely without judgment

  • No previous dance experience necessary

What You Will Experience

  • More grounded and connected to your body

  • Less stuck in your head and more present in the moment

  • A release of built-up stress, tension, or emotion

  • Increased self-trust and embodied awareness

  • A sense of freedom, play, and authentic expression

  • Restored nervous system regulation and emotional clarity

Sound + Soul: Sound Healing & Art Making | 4 SPOTS LEFT

Listen and explore with all your senses.

This immersive workshop is designed to help you slow down, tune inward, and deepen your connection with yourself, others, and the world around you.

Through the grounding power of sound healing and the expressive freedom of intuitive art, you’ll learn to listen beyond words—into sensation, emotion, energy, and intuition.

Sound Healer Nina Bryden will first guide you with a gentle sound healing journey to soften the nervous system and awaken the senses. As the vibrations move through the body, you’ll be guided to notice subtle messages, imagery, and feelings that arise.

From this state of deep presence, you’ll transition into intuitive art-making, led by Ashley James. You will use color, movement, and mark-making to visually express what you heard, felt, and discovered.

The Details

  • Two hours of time to explore & create

  • All materials for the project are included

  • Beginner-friendly (no experience necessary!)
