Upcoming Specialty Classes
Classes listed through March 2026.
Ecstatic Dance | The Wellness Method
Get out of your head and into your body.
Ecstatic Dance is a no-rules movement space where you are invited to show up exactly as you are. There is no choreography, no “right” or “wrong” way to move, and nothing to perform. A DJ or curated playlist guides the journey, and you move however your body wants to move—freely, intuitively, and at your own pace.
Think of it as dancing alone in your living room except you’re surrounded by others doing the same thing.
This is a talk-free, phone-free space. No one is watching or judging you. The focus is on tuning inward, releasing what’s been held, and allowing your body to lead.
The Details
One and a half hours of time to explore your own movement and flow
Safe space to move your body freely without judgment
No previous dance experience necessary
What You Will Experience
More grounded and connected to your body
Less stuck in your head and more present in the moment
A release of built-up stress, tension, or emotion
Increased self-trust and embodied awareness
A sense of freedom, play, and authentic expression
Restored nervous system regulation and emotional clarity
Carnivorous Terrarium Building Workshop with Reclaimed Roots

We’ll guide you step by step through plant selection, layering, and care—no experience needed.
Leave with a finished terrarium, new skills, and the confidence to keep it thriving.
The Details
Two hours to create
Expert step-by-step guidance
Take home your own finished terrarium

Sound + Soul: Sound Healing & Art Making
Listen and explore with all your senses.
This immersive workshop is designed to help you slow down, tune inward, and deepen your connection with yourself, others, and the world around you.
Through the grounding power of sound healing and the expressive freedom of intuitive art, you’ll learn to listen beyond words—into sensation, emotion, energy, and intuition.
Sound Healer Nina Bryden will first guide you with a gentle sound healing journey to soften the nervous system and awaken the senses. As the vibrations move through the body, you’ll be guided to notice subtle messages, imagery, and feelings that arise.
From this state of deep presence, you’ll transition into intuitive art-making, led by Ashley James. You will use color, movement, and mark-making to visually express what you heard, felt, and discovered.
The Details
Two hours of time to explore & create
All materials for the project are included
Beginner-friendly (no experience necessary!)
